Castoff Pet Rescue Bingo Wednesday, April 21st

The doors open at 6 and the games begin at 7:00 PM. Would you like to save dogs and cats and have a chance to win money? Why not have your club members or your close group of friends meet at Bingo for a night of fun and fellowship? ALL proceeds benefit dogs and cats at Castoff Pet Rescue. (Refreshments will be available)

 Idea. Story. Practice. Feedback. Have a story to tell? Want to listen to stories?  Read or tell a story, poem or lyric? And lean back and listen. For  an hour or two of stories every week. 

Critiques offered. Beginners and experienced story tellers always greeted with a smile.

FRESH AIR - Stories on the Square in Hayesville on Friday, April 23rd from 6 until 7:30 PM.

Performers from North Carolina and Georgia will take the stage. The new series will have stories and music with storytellers, writers, poets and singer-songwriters. This is a free event and the public is invited for a talent-filled evening as we "reinvent" the old-time variety show. Everyone is invited to bring a folding chair, a picnic, and their favorite beverage. If there is rain, the show “must” go on and will be moved into the Beall Center to the courtroom of the old courthouse building. Fees/Admission

Spring Fling Saturday, April 24th from 11 AM until 6 PM in downtown Andrews

Every year we celebrate Earth Day and our beautiful little town by sweeping out the Winter cobwebs, and opening up our downtown area to vendors and nature lovers from all over the area. Downtown Market Blue Ridge.. 8 a.m. until noon. Setting up each Saturday April-October in front of the court house, weather permitting. They will have lots of wonderful vendors this year offering local honey, baked goods, produce, handmade arts and crafts, hand crafted furniture and much more.
